Haha, no this was at a stop on 18th. He's an older guy, and I'm fairly certain he works for UO. The situation reminds me of one of my parents' old friends, who is a blind man, who would only flirt with beautiful women. He would scope out their beauty status by caressing their wrist when they shook hands. Who says love is blind?
